In the movie Nausicaa there are bug-like things called Ohms. These Ohms are the protectors of the forest. This forest takes the poison of the earth into itself, then when the plants die a powedery substance is released that is pure. In a loooooong time, the Earth will be wholly pure itself... if the humans don't destroy the forest first. The Ohms go into a blind rage and stampede whenever harm is done to the forest. The Ohms' eyes are normally blue, but when they are mad there eyes turn red. Hence, Seeing Red.

It was an awesome movie, and I really wanted that little fox-cat-squirrel thingy, but it was just kind of... er... not complete? The ending tied up all the loose ends without actually dealing with the poison issue.
It pretty much called humans stupid. ^_^ YAY!
